ABOUT THE COACH
JOSEPH HAROLD II
Is a 2015 graduate from Fairmont Senior High School and currently attends Fairmont State University. After graduating from high school, Joseph signed to play football at Shepherd University. At Shepherd he was a part of the Division II National Runner-up team. After his freshman year, Joseph decided to transfer back home to Fairmont to attend school and play football. Later he then decided to part ways with football and is now focusing on his degree in architecture. While still having a passion for sports within his community, Joseph founded Trained II Go to help local athletes reach their full potential and help share knowledge from his experience. He is a firm believer that with hard work, consistency, and a little bit of help any goal is achievable.

" I've always dreamt of having my own gym. Before my father passed, he would always take me to the gym with him. The II in Trained II Go pays homage to my father because I am his namesake. I know if he was here during my journey we would've been in the gym putting work in. Trained II Go means you're trained and ready to go for anything. With GOD, hard work and perseverance you can conquer anything this world throws at you. I want to thank my mother for instilling that in me. With that said, anyone that trains with me will be trained to go for anything. I want to be a resource for athletes that I didn't have growing up. I know how hard it is putting the work in by yourself, trying to find a place to train, or even figuring out what to do period. I am fully committed to sharing my knowledge from my trails and tribulations to help each athlete succeed every aspect of life. "

Athletic Training
​Trained II Go Athletes is an athletic training program that is committed to the development of athletes. Our main goal is to help athletes achieve their personal goals for their specific sport. We focus on increasing strength, speed, agility, flexibility, and mental toughness.

Trained II Go Fitness is a fitness program that is committed to help each client reach his or her personal goal. We offer one-on-one personal training and online training.

$20 per session (personal training)

$30 one-time payment for a 12 week training package (online training)

Position Skill Training
​Trained II Go Position Skill Training is a one-on-one skill development training program that assist athletes with their specific position in their sport outside of the weight room.
